Five Years,
No Small Print
Every frame we build is covered for five years from the day it is delivered.
What is covered
The five year warranty covers the frame and the construction: the timber, the joints, the base, the ottoman mechanism where fitted, and the upholstery workmanship.
It applies to the original purchaser, at the delivery address, in normal domestic use.
What is not covered
Fair wear on fabric, including fading in direct sunlight and pile flattening on velvet, both of which are normal. Damage from misuse, from moving the piece yourself, or from spills. Mattresses carry their own separate guarantee.
Making a claim
Email us with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We will usually repair in your home. If that is not possible we collect, repair and return at no cost to you.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the bed?
No, it covers the original purchaser at the original delivery address.
Does moving house void it?
Moving does not void it, but damage caused during a move is not covered. Ottoman bases in particular should be moved with the lid strapped shut.
How do I look after the fabric?
Vacuum the upholstery every few weeks with a brush head. Blot spills, never rub. Keep velvet out of direct sun where you can.
