Where we deliver
Which areas do you cover?
UK mainland, free of charge. We do not currently deliver to the Scottish Highlands, and we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
If you are not sure whether your postcode is covered, ask us before you order and we will check.
Do you deliver upstairs?
Yes, at no extra cost. Tell us at the point of ordering if there is a tight staircase, a turn on a landing, or a lift with a low ceiling.
For anything above a Double we can build the headboard in sections so it goes up a normal staircase. Say the word and we will make it that way.
Timing
How long will it take?
Two to three weeks from the day you order. Everything is made for you, so there is no shortcut, but we would rather give you a date we can keep than one we cannot.
Can I choose the day?
Yes. We call once your order is finished and agree a day that works for you. We do not turn up unannounced.
Can I delay delivery?
If you are moving house or having work done, tell us and we will hold your order. There is no storage charge for a reasonable wait.
On the day
What do I need to do?
Clear a path to the room and take down the old bed if it is in the way. We cannot remove or dispose of an old bed, so arrange that separately.
How long does assembly take?
Twenty minutes to an hour, depending on the piece. Ottoman bases take the longest because the mechanism is set and tested before we leave.
