Everything is made to order. Here is what happens after you order, and when you will hear from us.
How your order progresses
Made to order in 2 to 3 weeks

Order received
We have your order and payment. You will get a confirmation by email.

In production
Your piece is being built and upholstered by hand in our workshop.

Preparing for delivery
Finished and being packed. We will call you to arrange a delivery day.
Everything is made to order, so allow 2 to 3 weeks from the day you order. We email you as each stage begins, and we will always call before we deliver so you can pick a day that suits you. Questions about your order?
What happens at each stage
Order received. We have your order and payment, and you will get a confirmation email straight away. If anything about your choices needs checking, this is when we call.
In production. Your frame is cut and assembled, then upholstered by hand in the fabric you chose. Most orders sit at this stage the longest.
Preparing for delivery. Your order is finished, checked and wrapped. We will call you to agree a delivery day that works for you.
